Bill Cosby entered a Montgomery County courthouse to be arraigned on charges of aggravated indecent assault following an incident where he allegedly drugged and assaulted a Temple University employee in 2004.
That case was settled for an undisclosed amount.
This is the first criminal case levied against the icon after more than fifty women have come forward with similar allegations.
All these cases are interrelated and a conviction will certainly show a pattern of behavior.
Cosby seems to have been ill-advised at some point thinking he could speak freely on the stand without repercussion. Either that or is inflated ego led him to believe he was untouchable.
That testimony was supposed to be sealed; however, is now the prosecutions most damning evidence.
What a dramatic end of year for Cosby and family although the timing of the indictment has more to do with the statute of limitations expiring in Pennsylvania than anything.
His next court date is scheduled January 14th.
