The LA Clippers were not the only one to pull-out a win in last night’s play-off game against the Golden State Warriors; TNT hit it big as fans tuned-in in droves.

A record 4.73 million people watched just hours after the NBA slapped the Clippers owner Donald Sterling (81) with a lifetime ban and $2.5 million dollar fine after he was recorded making racist comments to his alleged mistress, V Stiviano.

That makes it not only the most watched game thus far in the play-off season, but double the ratings of last year this time.

I guess everyone really does thrive on controversy because this has no doubt fatten-up Sterling’s pockets as well.
