Master P’s son, Lil Romeo aka Romeo Miller has landed the lead role in the urban stripper drama, “Chocolate City.”
Romeo will play Devin, a young college student who’s lured into the world of male exotic dancing to pay the bills. Newcomer Eurika Pratts from “Gang of Roses 2” and “Basketball Girlfriends” has also been cast to play the part of ‘Carmen’ the girlfriend whose relationship with Devin becomes strained by his new career.
The independent project is written and directed by Jean Claude La Marre of “Color of the Cross” fame and is hoping to attract the same fanfare as box office hit, “Magic Mike.”
Production will start late June in LA with co-stars Michael Jai White and Tyson Beckford.
This is one of two films Romeo will be shooting over the next few months.
Congratulations and Best of Luck!
