RHOA star, Phaedra Parks husband, Apollo Nida’s co-conspirator in his fraud case has been sentenced to five years in prison.
Gayla St, Julien, described as Apollo’s right-hand pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud and aggravated identity theft in U.S. District Court on Wednesday.
Apollo was charged with the same two charges as St. Julien. A complaint was filed against him in January by the federal government. It is alleged he and St. Julien worked together from 2009 through 2013.
During that time, the complaint alleges several fake bank accounts were opened to launder money obtained fraudulently totaling around $3 million.
Apollo surrendered to authorities in January and was released on a pretrial bond of $25,000.
