“Saving Our Daughters” charity, featured in last week’s episode of RHOA, tax-exempt status has been revoked for failing to report information about its finances.

Radar Online reports, the charity has not filed tax returns since 2009 which resulted in their status as a tax-exempt organization being automatically revoked, May 15, 2013.

Previous returns filed by the charity show in 2009 the charity used just $10,000 of the $108,233 in revenue for grants.  And, the head of the charity, Curtis Benjamin, awarded himself a salary more than three times that.

Despite all the controversy, the organization still boasts of celebrity affiliation including Kelly Rowland, Kenya Moore and most notably Nene Leakes.  This news comes just days after Mrs. Leakes released a statement via twitter from the organization pledging their gratitude to the “reality star”.
